Faro

Faro, the capital of the Algarve region in southern Portugal, serves as the gateway to one of Europe's most popular holiday destinations. The Algarve's combination of dramatic cliff scenery, golden sandy beaches, excellent golf courses, and warm Mediterranean climate makes it a perennial favourite with Scottish holidaymakers.
